As part of the online education industry, we have every right to protect our intellectual property, which includes preventing people from buying, selling, downloading or repurposing for their own commercial use.

Due to the nature of certain services (e.g. memberships, 1:1 coaching, etc.) there is a strict refund policy. Ongoing memberships and coaching do have a cancellation policy which is outlined on each order form.

NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of this service and the time and process involved, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted.
